Xerox B405 no access to Admin mode

I have a Xerox Versalink B405 that I can't seem to access the administrator mode. I've tried several ways.

First, I tried username admin and the default password of 1111 doesn't work.
Second, I tried username admin and the serial number of the machine does not work.
Thirdly, I tried going into service mode with the 6789 password and devices and down to
resets and did a factory reset to defaults, rebooted the machine and tried again the above
passwords and still no access to the admin mode.

All of this just so I could change the paper tray type to heavy card stock which I was able to do
by doing the factory reset. So now if the client wants to change the paper tray back to plain paper
they can only do so if they do another factory reset, which they shouldn't have to do every time they
want to change the paper tray type paper. They should be able to do so by going into the admin mode
which they can't, cause the tray is locked out.

So my question is what do I have to do to be able to sign into the admin mode??

Also now that I did the factory reset I noticed I'm getting this 016-426 error that I didn't have before, so
how do I get rid of that?

Made a mistake on the model its not a B405 but a Workcentre 6515DN. I've attached the startup page which is all I currently have.
