    Xerox C8070 Jamming

I have a Altalink C8070 that is jamming EVERY copy from tray 1 - 2 and MSI but tray 3 and 4 both work no problem.

The paper stops folded with no image on it before the ITB (quite difficult to see exactly where as when I open the side door the paper springs up)

Its giving me Jam 377-110 POB sensor jam, but I cant figure out if that sensor was the issue it would surely jam from tray 3 and 4 aswell.
This has got me stumped I just cant figure out how tray 3 and 4 work well but all other trays Jam ?

      Ok machine is now working

But is still a weird one

I went back to the customers to have another look and managed to get a copy through all different trays by choosing colour copy but when I did a B&W it would jam again from trays 1 + 2 and MSI,
Changed to colour again and all working fine did 100 copies from each tray all working no problem, again went to B&W and JAM
So the customer was ready to leave for the day and I had a new ITB (complete unit) that was required for unrelated (spots) copy quality issue ,
I fitted the ITB to keep the customer happy and chatted with them to say that I would pop back and have another look in the morning.
And would you believe it the machine started working from all trays

Feeling even more confused than happy I put the ITB in a workshop machine and same thing happens jams from trays 1-2 and msi when printing B&W.

When I get some time, Im going to strip it down to have a closer look and try and figure what the real issue is.

I have seen this code and the exact issue many times on different models like WC7120 etc. It was always related to ITB Unit. Some people declared that replacing 2nd BTR would help but it never works for me. My theory is that when printing in colour all metal rollers are raised up and belt sleeve has a better tension. Another thought is a worn big rubber roller under the belt which makes belt sleeve slipping.
I would be very interested if you could share what have you discover. I have not seen this on 80xx series yet.
