Apeosport v c3375 code 010-382

I have problem with this machine,it keeps throw code 010-382
Meter around 500k
Swapping fuser (from ok machine)
Swapping ih board (from ok machine)
Still same code,does anyone had any ideas about this?looking for help here.

Original fuser? or compatible fuser film?
