Problem with Dc 12 auto paper feeder

Hi Guys,

Is there any fuse or break for the auto paper feeder, it suddenly stopped working and when we insert paper from the feeder the green light doesn't work.

any fault code please? Or maybe the actuator of the paper-in sensor is broken..

Thanks for trying to help.

No Fault code, and I changed the auto paper feeder with anothe machine and it worked perfect.

is there any where that I can go and check the recent fault code?

Only thru PWS/ PC diag software. No means of checking fault code thru the screen
