[Misc] Xerox c700 Unwanted line printed

Dear all

Currently i had periodic issue of cyan line printed on half of the print area

Anyone can help what to check

We had change to new drum but no luck

And if i change the papet weight to 151-176 the line not come out but the toner didnt melt well
The line start to comeout if i use 177-220 above

Lines in proces direction?
Have you tried to print some test prints from diagnostic?

That mean the possibly cause is in transfer area. Check 2nd btr, drums and IBT electrical contacts.
Do deep clean from toner for electrical connectors and contacts as first step. You can spray with electrical contacts cleaner.

Yes in process direction but on half page only...
Can you share me what patern code should i test,?
