Xerox Versalink c405, black faded.

Good morning everyone, I have a xerox machine in repair but I don't have much experience with this brand, the machine is a versalink c405, the colors print correctly but the black doesn't, it's faded, I'll send a photo, can someone kindly give me an idea indication of what I can check? Pretty common on these boxes for the K drum to fail. You can try to add toner manually in service mode but with that much fading, I think you are looking at a bad K drum unit.
And on this model, you can only buy the drums as a set, cannot buy them individually.
