[Misc] OHCF on Versant 80

Hi to all,
I have a Versant 80 with OHCF & the tray does not go up when i close it.
I try the elevator motor on another V80 & it works finr=e.
Can someone help please!!!!!!!!!

Do you have any fault code in history?
Check no paper sensor?

Hi thanks for your reply.
1: When i close the drawer, on the Ui it indicate to confirm paper size & type
2: When i do a copy & select tray 6 machine indicate to load paper in tray 6
3: The elevator motor does not turn on
4: I try the elevator motor & the OHCF Pwb on another machine ok
5: No fault code in history
Do you know what sensor or switch send signal to the pwb to activate the elevator motor when drawer in push in.
