Hi experts
my versant 80 press giving error code 099-353
I tried resetting the nvm but failed.
as per Edoc I reloaded the firmware but no success
pls help

The procedure tell you to make some checkings before you reset the nvms.

You have to check internal roll thermistor 2.
Replace fuser belt assembly

I checked the fuser is working Fine in another machine.
in my machine fuser is not heating lamps are not blowing.
and edocs tell me that is a software problem but I reloaded the software but not success.

Sorry but even in the old pdf service manual the procedure tell you to check fuser component no to reload machine firmware. Are you sure you used edoc for Versant 80? In edoc is more even detalied procedure but noting about reload firmware.

attaching the screenshot it tells me to check the nvm location to identify if the problem is hardware related or software related.
pls go through and pls advice if I am missing something. In my case nvm location tell me software detection that's why I tried reloaded firmware.
also I have cross checked my fuser unit it is working fine in other machine.

You must follow the procedure to the end and check all the voltages on BSDs. If you say the fuser works on another machine you must check mcu and ac driver pwb as procedure says after you checked the voltages and external wires.
There is also a bulletin that say everything is ok you must try reset iot nvm. In procedure when it say software related it's reffered to nvm values not to machine firmware.

Try power cycling, checking connections, updating firmware, and ensuring consumables are correctly installed

still confused problem is solved after changing mcu board

I am still confused problem is solved after changing mcu board I checked mcu board in another machine it gives same error
