Current fault code: UG-3

My wife called me a few minutes ago telling me there is a code on her machine that says "Current Fault Code: UG-3." The machine is a Xerox 5830. Ordinarily I would have been able to help but, due to the fact that I work for a Savin dealer....no luck. I tried searching the internet for an answer but came up short. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no UG-3 fault code in 5830 status code list.
please check if it is not U9-3 (exposure lamp problem)
