Xerox V80 Metal 2nd BTR

Installed 2nd btr with metal roller into Xerox V80, from the standard rubber 2nd btr.

Causes paper to curl before fuser and jams.

Recommendations to fix this with NVM change or something else?

Using 80gsm copy paper.

Not a good ideea to use metal roller with 80gsm. There are scripts for every software versions and machine tags: 13,20 or 21 however you must have software version 35.41b or higher and script installed but you must change other parts for remove the curl. Scripts are for transfer quality image.

I must search in documentations for the kit number and see what contain. What tag are on printer?

Machine does not have a tag. No numbers are crossed out.
