Exchanging Int Finisher on Altalink B8155 to "C8155"... Having Issues

I've done this a time or two and everyone else says it's possible, but I must be missing a few steps.

I'm taking an Internal Finisher/Stapler off a Xerox Altalink B8155 machine and placing it onto a Xerox Altalink C8155 machine. I have done the update SPAR from manufacture not just the website, for both the internal finisher and the machine itself to match SPAR versions, but I still can't get the internal finisher to recognize on the C series.... The finisher works fine, and so do both machines, so it must be in the protocol or something I'm doing. Any advice would be grateful, thanks in advance...
