Xerox 700 crooket or skewed

HI Again
I have a 700 that im trying to put going in place of my old one.
Its running perfectly EXCEPT the prints are Crooket on all stocks from all bins

THE IN BULT ALINMENT TOOL WILL NOT FIX THIS I TRIED.

The print from left to right on a A4 SEF on the long edge is out by 3mm

What would fix this is it a phyisal thing that needs to be done like an adjustment of the lasers, 2nd btr.

Or can it be fixed on the software side.

As I remember there is alignment calculator sheet you must use. Also a lot of registration procedures for trays, registration assy, custom paper profiles, etc. You must do all these procedures from edoc.

If I figure out a soluation Ill let you know.
My saving grace is I have another one thats in bits for parts.

I come from an phyical enngineering thinking so I think that a screw driver will fix everything lol.

Ill try to do a video on youtube or send pictures but I have solved the issue for me anyways.

Who ever was working at this machine last was either a new bee or an operator like my self with less knowledge.

the Xerox[emoji2400] DocuColor[emoji769] 700 700i 770 Registration Transport Assembly 059K56706 is the issue.

Who ever put it in put it in crooket and by loosing the 2 screws that hold the assembly and squaring it up by eye the machine is nearly perfectly staraight

The Screw driver saves the day again LOL

I checked this part in our machine.. And everything seems to be ok... I followed the allignment procedure with the pivot allignment tool... But have a skewed immage...

How much is the skew on A3 paper = 5mm, 10mm over 10mm?
From which tray(s).

5 to 10 mm from each tray... Same thing with 480mm paper

The most common = broken or weakened spring on registration transport assy, registration pinch roll does not have enough pressure on registration roll also the two spring from inboard and outboard need to be replaced. 2nd BTR is also common cause for this. Must be replaced.
