    [Misc] Faint copies on the bottom

    Hi Techs

    I have a xerox wc 7855 producing faint copies on the bottom I have changed all 4 developer units, developer materials, Drums, 2nd BTR, Fuser unit but copies are still the same even when I print solids pattern in diagnostic all colors are affected what could be the problem I have attached the copy of the print out

    Old machines. What about cleanning the ROS ( inside too )

      xerox wc 7855 doesn't have the ROS

        Yes you have right. Panic stop when print A3 size paper and check image on IBT. If image is NOT ok on IBT same procedure and check image on drums. If ok on drums then must check 1st BTRs or btr hvps.

          I have tried hvps the problem is still there

            Try to see the image on drums and ibt as I said.

              It looks like drum problem. If they are fine then transfer belt assembly but I would start with drums first

                If you have same problem for all colors on internal test print then check back up roll in ibt assy or replace ibt assy

                    same here: it had tons of yellow toner all around the inside but what fixed the problem for me wat removing the (important) leftover of toner on the inside of the belt and cleaning the belt transfer unit's rolls. Before in doc001.pdf, after in doc002.pdf

                    I have to find the bulletins mentioned by adriansto to fix raindrops on blacks and clean magenta LPH as I have some continuous stripes :

                    but generally speaking it's printing great compared to when I got it mostly thanks to directions I was able to find here on the forum
