    Hello,

    I have this warning on my machine. What can I do in order to continue to use it ?

    My guess one of the toner or drum status = please replace

      Thanks for your reply, well no it's because the machine is under metered mode and I think that the machine will be blocked when the counter is down.
      Does someone could help me please ?

      Nota : I live in France.

        Remove the battery in the controller for a minute, then insert it, and do not adjust the time on the device. The plan will last for a long time. The only other way is to contact xerox.

          thanks! I have 460 days left and blocked on my firewall any traffic between the workcentre and the internet (can only communicate with LAN). Called Xerox and they confirmed the machine is not under contract anymore. They told me the machine won't print when the countdown reaches its end unless I start a new contract (?!).

          Do you know if I can safely I remove the block on the firewall to use advanced features (like printing from mobile)? Thx!
