Hello everybody,
I have a problem with this copier.When i copy it prints dirty pages.
Any suggestions?

Did you checked the drum and the fuser? Make a jam and see in which unit the copy gets dirty. (We may talk in our great language but please write in English so other people can understand what we are saying).

Hi patrioti.
I saw the drum and the fuser and the drum was very dirty.The pages were dirty from the both sides.It had toner dust all over the drum and sometimes there was a display message showing the toner is empty.But the toner is oem new.

Try changing the drum unit. If the drum is dirty the transfer roller also gets dirty so the paper is on both sides dirty.
