dc12 don't feed the paper

do I have a docu12 that doesn't feed the paper in the bypass, however the clutch if it makes their work but doesn't it feed the paper the motor it will be? or some it gears?

which error code you have?

did you tried motor from diagnostic, also didi you tested clutch from diagnostic ?

i ve replaced the clutch for Tray5 many a times, could be the most likely suspect, if problems with gear 99% of the time you could hear slippage noise .You could open the tray 5 assembly and inspect if any of the gears is causing the problem.
