do you use PS or PCL driver?

Does this print appear in command work station?

        Do you use LPR protocol?

You need to have the latest PS driver and your x12 system software must be v1.5 SP2, otherwise you will get print errors from Adobe illustrator CS3 and other recent graphic arts software

In our case, higher versions of Adobe CS (ie. CS3 and up) were not completely compatible with the PS driver of the x12. We have to let the customer upgrade to a dc1256 running higher versions of Fiery such as the SP3500 rip
