Xerox M24 Touch Pad Problem

Hi All,

I have a Xerox M24 Workcentre Scanner/Copier/Printer. When I powered it on one day, the touchscreen was decalibrated...to my understanding. When I touch the different options that I have on the touch pad they dont respond but you hear the sound like if it was activating a command but does not execute it. The other options are not grayed out.... they look as normal as the others. The only screen that responds is the first one...and the only thing I can choose is the color (Full Color, Black, etc.). If I touch any of the other tabs located on the first page they do not respond... When I change the feature button to go to the machine information... when I touch the touchpad it doesnt respond and when I reach the final tab where everything else is located it sounds but does not activate. Most of you won't understand...but I will upload a video in about 2 hours so you can see what I mean.

Does someone else have an idea of how to solve this? Perhaps a Factory Default will solve it?
