Dc450 124-372 fault code

Hi

i have a machine that comes up with 124-372 fault code when duplexing when printing , duplex copying works OK

Any ideas thanks

try to init .. the mcu first then try reload the firmware iot software error

Check if you have the latest patches and latest print drivers.

Then, do NVM initialization on IOT only. If problem still exists, do the following:
1. upgrade to the latest ESS firmware
2. check connectors, remove/ extract and re-insert the NVM Ram, ram M1 and M2, page memory P1 and P2

If the problem still goes on, you may need a xerox tech to check and diagnose the machine's IOT drive PWB, ESS PWB and the MCU PWB
