Dcc400 black blur print- reply to CK1

hi , i have one dcc400 print black very blur .i found the toner no drop in developer unit. any problem ? thanks ..... FROM CK1
You might be referring to a WASHED OUT print in which the black deve is totally dried out. You need to repair the connector (looks like metallic "bunny ears") that comes in contact with the black drum.

If not repairable, replace the wire harness of the drum contact connectors. You have to open the back of the machine and take out almost every component in order to get into the wire harness
