apeosport 2200 fail printing

Hi all,

first thing on my mind came across fail printing ,i just do ping command using my cross cable,but results NG =request time out . after i restart machine ,reply is working ..i tried to print fail to print so i recheck again the ping command ,request time out again...so i remove ess pwb and test it at another customer place it works fine . Anyone can tell what's going on?

i have the same experiance on this intermi... some time can some time cant try replace the ess kit n try change the ic locate at the rj45 near the socket good luck eh

problem solved after replace ess pwb .
