    DC250 paper jam

    From tray5 13x19 paper jam in fuser.

    chk paper size setting in pc printer driver and measure the paper size ...

      paper setings is ok, but still the paper jam. Dc250 only done 10k copies?????

        Clean the anti-static brush or remove if not cleanable. Try to set the screw setting gap of the stripper blade down by 2mm. There is no adjustment of this baffle in edoc, item 8.2.7 but this may help

            is it same adjustment applied to tarzan ?now i adj it 15mm as default ...what's your adjustment ?

              factory standard is 18-19mm. We use 17-18mm
