    Docu 12 printing blank pages before/after re-install

This is a fiery 12 with docu x12 copier. From installing a new hdd w/software with little problems got this unit up and printing. As time past it started having problems printing but would print and now it prints but blank. Iam not an expert at copier systems. thanks James

PS: The unit is in san diego,ca and looking for a tech that can fix it....Yes for pay. Thanks

First, check cables connecting copier and fiery. unplug and plug in connectors, if problem still present pull out interface card from Fiery clean pins and put card back in slot.
I hope this will resolve problem.
