DC432ST problem with paper type definitions

I have trouble printing on card with the DC432ST. When I select Heavyweight as the paper type in the print dialog and set the paper in the bypass tray as Heavyweight, the printer holds the job and asks for paper type Other. When I change the paper in the Bypass tray to Other, it still asks for paper type Other. If I tell it specifically to use the Bypass tray from the dialog and set the Bypass tray to either Heavyweight or Other, that still does not work. The only combination I have found so far that (in its quirky fashion) "works" is leaving the high capacity feeder on Standard paper, then selecting Heavyweight in the print dialog, then the job holds and asks for Other paper, then I open the high capacity feeder and close it and tell the machine it is Other.

The machine seems to be fundamentally confused between Heavyweight and Other, for some reason. Label stock is also quite thick and possibly could be tried, but the fuser temperature might be rather low, then the toner will rub off rather easily. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

The Xerox DC432ST is supposed to print on paper stock up to 200 gsm, and in this case the paper should be fed from either the bypass tray or the high capacity feeder. The correct paper type should be selected, because (as far as I know) the fusing temperature and/or pressure will be adjusted accordingly.

    Thanks
