Xerox Phaser 6350DN & 6300DN

I've got a 6350DN that has no image when printing. I have changed the Image Unit - still no image. I suspect that it is a board issue but I'm not sure.

I have a 6300DN that will only light to Amber on the Control Panel. I thought that this would be a Control Panel change but not sure.

Any enlightment would be appreciated.

For the 6350 no image when printing...had the same thing on a 6360 and it was the High Voltage Power Supply.

When you did the repair do you remember how much it cost?

We are an Authorized Xerox Service Provider and the machine was under a Xerox Warranty, so it was free for us and the customer. I think that boards runs about $200 list. If you need help purchasing or finding exact pricing, let me know and I will have my parts guy look into it...he is off today, but should be in tomorrow. Let me know!
