I need some information about page pack error code on this copier.

Is the actual error code, "page pack error code"? How old is machine and was it purchased as a PagePack machine? -
The machine is less than one year old and was bought in Slovenija. The code appeared few prints (this informations I got from usser) after replaceing toner cartrige 108R00794(D5) SN: CNE1JC9604963DBP3AQ6N0217. I tried to insert new toner cartridge and got the same mesage on UI,but this toner cartridge works on another machine without any mesages. As I know slovenian dealers not sell PagePack machines.
Entering diagnostic is not possible,so I do not have any ideas anymore.
