Dcc400 Doc feeder

I had a mate who is a xerox tech initialize the NVM settings on one of our rental DCC 400s , and everything is working Ok but the Doc feeder is not recognised.

He mentioned a couple of weeks ago an NVM setting that had to be reset for the machine to recognise the DF was there. Cant reach him at the moment.

Any ideas, have checked the RHside pocket of tray 1 and cant find any nvm settings

first check feeder connector is it fully seated and NVM setting for feeder 715-400= 1
