dc230st error: u7-44

hi friends. Unexpectedly on the printer this error has appeared: U7-44 DCSYS-IIT/IPS COMMUNICATION ERROR. the printer is not connected more in net and therefore it doesn't allow me to stamp. this other error also appears: N-1 POST RESULT NOT REPORTED. How can I resolve?

You will have to connect with the laptop in altboot and watch the booting process to see what is giving you the fault.

I have tried on 2 different laptops but the problem it remains! however it has always worked on the same computer. I don't understand why it has given unexpectedly this error.

PWS Laptop

I believe Milo means the Xerox PWS laptop . . .

You will need a Xerox PWS laptop to watch the boot process and see where it stops to fix this error. You may need a hard drive or an ess pwb.
