workcentre pro 35 memory problem

When I use the DADF of the machine the job couldn't be finished. It displays the message "There is not enough memory to finish the job",also there is not error code number.All jobs are erased,and I did software upgrade...

Anyone help??

I know this is not for here but... there is also something suspicious for me... the system software version is displayed as 0.0.0.0. I tried to upgrade with the newest from the xerox site,but upgrade can't be done... can you give some default version?I think that 3.97.020.00 is default for the machine,and tell me how to upgrade. I tried with web browser

Check the connection from the document handler to the back of the unit.

I also tried with another handler even I've changed the board and still nothing

How much EPC memory do yo have and what kind of job are you running

Thanks to all who replied... We found the problem. Suddenly we saw in event log(not in faults) that there is a code 19-404... and we are waiting on our technicians to fix the image processor PWB/image disk intrerface PWB.
By the way I have 3 EPC memory with 384 MB, and the jobs we've tried were blank paper

Just change memory EPC with other . Old memory will working with other mashine or PC

I didn't mentioned that I tried with new EPC,the problem is in electronics we found what is wrong and now waiting for electronic engineers to fix it
