U4-1 (Fusing Fault)

Solution: Power OFF, Wait 10 Seconds, Then Power ON


NOTE: Power OFF/ power ON is a system reset which will re-adjust the copy quality and reset fault codes.

If your machine displays a different fault code after a power OFF / power ON, restart your search with the new Fault Code.
Power OFF the machine using the main power switch on the rear, left side of the machine.



Wait 10 seconds and then power ON the machine.

Power OFF, Wait 10 Seconds, press button zero then Power ON

enter code 20-3, press the start button. the message, dn, displayed.

switch off the copier, then on

it's Ok

to clear the U4 in the xerox 5328: switch on pressing simulneouly 0 button;than 20-start and 3-star; message done will display. off-on.
