WC5645 indicate "Please Wait Machine Self Test in Progress"

Hi to all,
I have a xerox workcentre 5645 which indicate Please Wait Machine Self Test in Progress & I can not enter diagnostic.
Can someone help?

check the nvm module and reinstall rams. if problem not resolve then reinstall iot software.
