    Service needed for DC 3535

              Hi Milo, we got a new 3535. When we booted it up, everything was fine but said to change the drum cartridge. We did and it seems as tho the wrong replacement cartridge was provided. We replaced it with the correct one and when we boot up, the Scan Image and Print Image is greyed out. Its not giving us any error codes or anything. We took out all the drum cartridges and replaced them all, nothing. What's odd is that the Scan Image icon is greyed out.
