wc pro 35 software upgrade

I need help for upgrading pro 35 system software.

The version of the current software is displayed as 0.0.0.0,I tried with few versions but upgrade can't start.Also upgrade through network can't be done. DLM file is in queue for 5-10 minutes the machine is rebooting by it self and again nothing...

The versions I've tried are: 2.84.16.000;2.97.20.000;3.84.16.000 and 3.97.20.000

...or can you tell me how to install system software from it's beggining

Do you have any fault code in error history?

Is that same machine which have problem with memory when copy through feeder?

Did you tried to enter in diagnostic mode to see is there any fault code?

There are no fault codes, none in history none in diagnostic mode, and yes it is the same machine

Most probably corrupt network controller i would try an altboot
