And if we buy original/new toners from the U.S.A will they be working with printers sold here in Europe? Or even chips are different?

toners have different part numbers for Europe and USA.

The Xerox USA still uses old part numbers but it does not mean that the toners are different. Toners should be the same but I am not sure about chip in toner if it knows that the toner is in European printer on it will not know.
                        What do you think?

you have to change your machine NVM so that it matches with the country from which you are procuring toner.I used to make Fuji Xerox DC12 to Xerox , UK by changing NVM so they can use the DRUM CRU's.For your model I have no idea.

                            What does NVM stand for?

If you are not a tech and do not know what is NVM, suggest you to not touch anything on machine.

If you want to use toners from USA in Europe, buy one and try it, but if want to change anything in NVM please call tech.
