Help with Xerox 5855

I have a xerox 5855 with a code 03-326 , I need to get into the service mode to clear this code, I am not familiar with xerox any help would be appreciated.

fault codes 3- are communication errors

these codes are communication errors check if the exposure lamp lights during copying or not also check the scanner home sensor
