PWS is general software for electronic documentations, service bulletins, software tools, etc. You must have a user name and a passwd for use the PWS. Yes I have PWS but it cost.

Edoc is service manual and specific for machine.
You must say what edoc you need. Also you need software tool for that machine.

Depends about you want. How many, edoc's, how many technical bulletins how many software tools, firmware ,etc
It start from 1500 Euro vith five Edoc's, any you want, and for 4000 Euro you may have a nearly complete PWS . The complete one is only for Xerox staff and is very rare. If you make service at Xerox machine it is a good investition. Also is good for copy and grafic arts centre if they work on Xerox copiers, presses.
