Workcentre 7655 Service Manual

Hi all.
I have just taken over an account that has a 7655 they bought out their lease and want me to work on their machine. I don't have the current manual for this machine and need help either with a copy/pdf of the service manual or if you have see the "fuser malfunction" error and know how to clear it, please let me know.

Well, I guess either this unit is under Super Secret Xerox lockdown...can anyone direct me to a way to either get the manual, or reset the machine? This customer was referred to me, so I really need to look good...HELP?????

which fault code you have?

Manuals for most xerox machines are in EDOC format and must have Xerox PWS software to read it.

EDOC and PWS

If you are not a XEROID you may not understand. EDOC= Electronic Documentation and PWS= is a Laptop with special software to read the EDOC.

If you have a fuser error, the best thing is to try installing a new fusing unit first. The fusing units, drums, charge corotron (for black drum) are CRUs or Customer Replaceable Units.
