I have problem with xes 8825. display processing in printer UI when sending a job to this and hangup. cancelling job not possible.
I am so luckyman if any one have Acces service cd for HDD recovery.

Hi xcopytech thanks for attention that is " N5T " with 4 GB HDD.

first check firmware level for your controler
then go to xerox web site and find same firmware and realod it to controller through web pmt of your machine.

you are right.

I did at all.at first i loaded v4.0-v5.99-v8.0-v9.0 step by step via web PMTand each one with success, but printer hangup when i sent a file.therefore according to fault code in fault log in configuration test page i change the HDD with same one and processing fault cleared,but when i relaoded software again i had a problem with feature key installation because i havent coupon and feature key after software upgrade did not effect in this case.so i thought copy information from old HDD to new HDD with related software such as norton....( take a image )
but these software did not recognize the formated partition in HDD and so "unallocated" . at last i now need a service AccXES CD that contain *.bin command for HDD recvering or a formated HDD.

Dear expert,
I have a Xerox 8825 DDS plotter that my boss bought from a going out of business office about 3years ago. The machine has been sitting in the storage for past 3years and now I gotta figure out how to connect it to my laptop and if it is still capable of plotting. My problem is its data cable needs a converter (to hook up with my Lenovo G550) I dont know what it is called and where I can buy it.
