Hi i have an old 480st on software version 7.19.1.504 , it currently takes a long time to print pdf files. It goes pre-processing, formatting then printing. All other files print okay.Any solutions ???? ESS has 94MB RAM and 64 EPC.
Replaced ess hard drive Reloaded ess software too 7.19.05.509 and upgraded rest of machine. Slight improvement but still slow problem seems to be on the customers network.
