Xerox 5334 "Not Ready"

Continually displays "not ready". Went into service mode. Found the dry ink value at 23 with a threshold of 20. Unsure what that means, if anything. Tried resetting it. It resets then when I power off it displays the same value again. Not certain where to go from here. Any suggestions?

I don't see any error codes at all, that's the weird thing. Maybe I'm not looking in the correct spot? All it says is not ready and I didn't see anything amiss in the service mode except for that dry ink issue which may not even be anything.

You should see a telephone icon on the screen. Touch the telephone icon and an error code should appear.
