    DC 3535 blowing brains out

This all started with a 1st BTR Contact Failure 9-349 , Cleaned the IBT assembly , noticed lots of toner flying around and particularly on the sensor . Checked gears .All seems fine

Turning the machine on gives me 4-347,4-346. I did notice the IBT belt moving around a lot. Any ideas on how to hold the IBT belt in place. I have removed the belt a lot earlier , never did i have this kinda trouble.

paul: i have everything that "xerox" has for this machine .he he., and look what you have done I bet you will get atleast 10 request for Manuals.

I finally traced the problem for 9-349 ,the yellow drum is not being seated properly so thats why the error. Still my troubles are far from over .After cleaning IBT assembly i get prints (see attachment) with just lines. Its problem with IBT assembly but what exactly is the problem I am unable to figure out.

      Any ideas

BTW I dont have problems in Black , CMY :yes

            request fro manual , Pleaseeee!

If its not too much trouble, could you send me the DC3535 manual, I will be obliging to send you a list of manuals available to me. thank you.
You have no obligation, but we could keep in touch and help each other out, it's so difficult to have support specally when one is self employed and all sorts of weird and wonderfull stuff happens in the field.
            regards; Paul G

I finally fixed it , phew guess what , on reassembly of 2nd BTR , there is a wheel with a single cut for the sensor to know the stop position, well that wheel was not in the correct position , stupid me.
