    WorkCentre Pro 90 Finisher problems

I have a WorkCentre Pro 90 with office finisher which recently tried to lower itself onto a hard surface someone stick underneath it. This caused the finisher to come physically off the machine ( although the cable stayed connected) and even though I have put the tray back in the right place, and it moves it to center left when starting, it says the tray is unavailable and to remove the obstruction.

    Any thoughts?

I will try that next time I am at the machine.

Any other thoughts if that does not work?

          Fault codes

So far, I have not seen any fault codes. Just the message that appears on the screen.

"Main Finisher Tray not available. Stapling not available. Collating and printing will still happen to top tray"

Something along that line ( I am not in front of the machine at the moment)

If I go to the machine status, under fault codes it just says to remove the obstruction, restart the machine and it should clear itself.
