XEROX WC 245 with fax

Few hours after I instaled fax card in the mashine,the mashine start to buzzing from fax card and display is black. Printer is working OK. Alredy replaced new fax card and still have same problem. Now I am waiting for new RAISER PWB but I am not certain that this will fix this problem. Any ideas?
Copier is working without any problems when the fax card is not instal.

3.3 V Distribution is Very Critical and it should be between 3.40 and 3.49 Volts on the Distribution PWB. At PJ131 Pin 17, if you read less then 3.35 Volts, it could be caused by:

1. Replace PJ25/131 Harness PL 3.20 item 14 or reform the Pins per ETI 372229.
2. Replace UI PWB and/or Fax PWB
3. Replace LVPS

I will also order harness.
