Workcentre Pro 65 - not collating/stacking docs properly

Hi. I'm not a technician so apologies if I use the wrong terminology/descriptions.

Our copier has suddenly stopped doing the following really useful action - when printing multiple copies of one document, each copy would come out onto the tray, slightly to the left or to right of the previous one so you could easily see where each one started.

It's stopped doing this and we can't work out how to get this function back. Any help much appreciated.

if you have same problem in copy and print mode, then you have problem with offset motor in finisher.

will need to call tech to fix or replace it.

It could also be the set separator finger broken off and not holding the sets down from one to the other. Is the tray moving side to side when sets are exiting?

The tray doesn't move but there is a kind of pointy thing that does. But what it seems to be doing is moving back and forth but with no effect. Also, I've noticed that something is pushing the paper 'forward' rather than left/right as it lands on the tray so you can see where the different documents start/finish...BUT the machine then automatically pushes the last page of each document forward so you can't see the start/finish of each doc. ahhh!

I think I'm just going to have to painstakingly watch the copy as it prints off the copies and grab each set as it comes off.

That's right give every pence a good squeeze and a kiss before letting them go...
