Xerox Workcentre 4150(System Operation Key Error)

I have a Xerox Workcentre 4150 machine. It gives an error which states that "The System Operation Key is missing". The light on the side where the Network scan Enablement Key is inserted blinks red. After opening the back cover I also see one LED1 blinking red too. The system powers up but then it gives this error. I can't use the machine.

When the problem started I noticed that the Network Scan Enablement Key was missing from my machine. My daughter had misplaced the key. I ordered a new one and after inserting the new Network Scan Enablement Key, I still get the error.

Your help along with instructions will be appreciated. Please post if you know the answer to this problem.

    Regards

Thanks for your post. I have a question. You said insert the key. Do you mean Network Scan enablement key or some other key? Also, I checked the drawer and I don't find any other key there.

I have the Network Scan key which I tried to insert but still it gives error.

        Hoping to hear from you.

        Regards,
        MK

Thanks again for your post. One more question! The product enablement key you are talking about goes in the front, back or side of the machine?

            Warm regards,
