Can anyone tell me what a P09-220 fault code is on a Docutech 135? I have checked the Xerox site for this code with no luck.

The Belt Hole Sensor did not see the belt hole within 3240 milliseconds after the last belt hole was detected.
Twice, within one hundred average calculations, the average calculation was greater than 50 milliseconds above the last ten average calculations
If the Photoreceptor and/or the Machine Clock Sensor has just been replaced, clear the fault and run the job again.
Ensure that the Photoreceptor Module is seated securely in the Xerographic Drawer.
Ensure that the Photoreceptor Drawer is seated securely in the Printer.
Ensure that the Belt Hole Sensor, Q901, is connected.
Ensure that the Belt Hole LED, CR901, is connected -

Check black stripe on outboard edge for damage (hold up to light). Use black marker to fill in any holes or scratches. Pay particular attention to seam.
Check that PR drive is engaging fully.Comment
