Try putting in a new Image Roller.

I was unable to figure out image roller. Do you have a part number for this one?

Try doing the Image registration and skew adjustments. These are the screws that adjust the laser mirrors to adjustment image registration. I had that problem before and that did the trick. Also check the seating of the drum rack assembly when you lower down the handle to engage the drums to the developers. That could be tweaked a little.
One last thing is there could be a problem with the drums themselves. I've had bad drums out of the package before.

milo: have you seen my other thread regarding a 4-361. combined that and your explanation i think there might be an issue with the drum seating. I checked the drums through pws . all of them showed "contact". How do i tweak the drum rack .
All 4 drums seems properly seated.
i do hear squeaky noises from the machine which were not there. But was unable to figure out from which area they came from . Did seperate developer rotation, drum rotation , ibt rotation , all ran smoothly not a squeak but when i take a print all hell breaks loose. prints come out fine , problem only with copy

Are the squeaks coming from the back? By tweaking I mean make sure the level of the toothed arm on the left is equal to the right in spacing. You might have to take some inner covers off to view.
