      Hi TzALbg,
My companion was on the field, and after changing Xerographic module he got message "incompatible Xerographic module, please change". Right now i don't know the part number of this module. He has changed CRUM chip from damaged Xero module, but there is only 40k left. I've found in Eureka that i have to change Service plan???? maybe to A??? I don't know which option is now on machine, i suppose i have to change it...
      Best regards

There is 2 types of XCRU:
113r672 is ' metered' type and it keep the SERVICE PLAN default to B
113r673, 113r674 is 'sold' type and it will set the SERVICE PLAN to A when you put it in to machine. From that point on the machine will no longer accept ' metered' type.
Tou may use MRD (critical floppy) that came with machine to restore the factory settings.

Oh I think you need PWS to restore from MRD ....

Thanks adriansto for making things clear. Customer inserted 673 or 674 and changed service plan to A. So i was right when asking how to change to B. I have PWS but they don't have MRD, that's why i was asking for code...

Make a MRD from second machine on the site and try to restore from that.
ONLY IF THE SAME SOFTWARE LEVELS !

I just realized that I didn't reply to this post.

Thanks adriansto, problem was solved by reloading MRD.

I also got program which generates codes for changing wrong service plan.

If anyone needs it , send PM.
