dc240 bypass printing problem

I have DC240 with Creo network controller and when the job is submitted from the computer with parameters for A4,heavyweight from bypass it couldn't be completed or it will be printed on plain paper from other trays.The parameters must be changed directly from Creo Spire for the job to be processed.

anyone can help??
