    Xerox 6130 problem

I'm new , so apology's if this is in the wrong place and its not really a copier but hope you don't mind
BUT..... I have a problem with a Xerox 6130 laser printer.
When I try and print a large area of Black ....well the only way to describe it ... is it overcooks .
It crackles and bubbles and flakes off.
And the red smudges as though it's not hot enough!!!!
The printer is almost new, it only has a page count of just over 2000
    Anyone got any idea's please

    Did you change paper weight?
It happens when you print on heavyweight with settings for normal paper... on copiers

        6130

Adust the fuse contact arc, and the fuser temperture. If the toner concentration is to high, all that ink will never stick.
